The Merchant Automotive Fuel Outlet to Filter Hose replaces GM 12625284 on 2006 - 2010 LLY, LBZ and LMM 6.6 Liter Duramax Silverado and Sierra 2500HD/3500HD trucks. This pre-molded hose carries filtered fuel out of the fuel filter head toward the injection pump. Factory rubber hoses harden and crack with age and engine heat.

A failing filter outlet hose can leak fuel or let air into the fuel supply after the filter, causing hard starts, rough running or loss of power. Our molded replacement is built for diesel fuel and made to match the factory hose's shape for a direct fit.
